Provide administrative support for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Managing executive calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, and budgets. Preparing routine and non-routine reports/presentations by gathering and summarizing data. Maintaining highly confidential files and records. Performing minor accounting duties.Provide support in organizing and communicating meeting arrangements as well as organizing and expediting workflow.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years of related work experience with Executive Leadership. Time management, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other related software.
