Job Title: All-Source Analyst - TS/SCI with Polygraph

Overview
LMI is seeking individuals to serve as an all source intelligence analysis to support and collaborate with analytical counterparts across the Organization and U.S. Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities Apply knowledge of threat environment, open-source and mission unique collection tools, and current implementation of threat technologies in order to devise all-source analytic/collection strategies to pursue access and exploitation of targets of interest. Use HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, OSINT to identify entities or targets of interest; their methods, value, motives, and capabilities; determine malicious behavior; and recognize emergent patterns and linkages to visualize the larger picture. Must be able to identify, retrieve, fuse, and supply network and all-source threat and vulnerability data from current systems, data stores, and local files for the purposes of creating and disseminating all-source analysis and reporting, enhancing situations awareness in support of mission objectives, priorities, or exigent operational needs. Plan, direct and evaluate research of geographic or functional areas. Perform extensive multi-INT analysis, produce technical intelligence reports in support of special programs and provide expertise and leadership in the development finished intelligence products, assessments and recommendations. Qualifications
Required Education/Skills: 6-8 continuous years of work experience in multi-Intelligence experience which includes a solid understanding of the SIGINT, HUMINT, IMINT, Open-Source, and Geospatial intelligence disciplines and a bachelor's degree. Work experience must include 6-8 years of multi-Intelligence experience within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise and/or IC. Demonstrable critical thinking, advanced research, problem-solving, operational and leadership experiences. Areas of expertise must include at least two (2) of the following: CI, CT, CP, Cyber, Language(s), Geographic, Socio/Economic and Cultural, Science and Technical Intelligence.Desired Skills: An understanding of Targeting, Collection Requirements and Gaps, Military Intelligence, Special Technical Operations and Special Access Program communities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technology into layman terms. Self-motivated, creative, willing to work as a member of a team, organized and able to manage individual schedule. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and non-standard hours when needed. Foreign language skill desired.
