The Developer will be joining a team in supporting the National Cemeteries Administration.
Position Responsibilities: Develop, deliver, and maintain Product Production Source Code Support the uptime of system operations 24x7x365 Support software releases during the day and potentially nighttime hours ( twice monthly) Triage defects, identify and implement resolutions Utilize best practices to check code in and out of source control each day Support the development and delivery of the Version Description Document (VDD) Participate in requirements elaboration meetings along with ad hoc meetings Work collaboratively across the team and with the customer Support all project reporting requirements
Requirements:
Customer-centric delivery and service skills DevSecOps experience Agile development experience Experience with AWS / Azure Experience with Java, JavaScript frameworks, Structured Query Language (SQL), Python, Bash, and Groovy Experience with MS SQL Experience with CSS, HTML, Angular, React, Vue.js Experience with CI/CD tools such as - Jenkins, Circle CI, GitHub, Nexus, Artifactory, Docker, Kubernetes, Sonar, Maven, Node package manager, Cloud Formation Templates, Terraform, Elastic Stack, App Dynamics Familiarity with Section 508 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Familiarity with US Web Design patterns Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree - Computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required 5 years of experience Experience working in VA [desired] The ability to obtain a Government clearance [required] Why Join Sierra7?
