Job Title: Truck Shop Technician

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Truck Technician.
Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful sales professionals.

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced diesel mechanic with working knowledge to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as it relates to the trucking industry. As a technician you are required to work in an industrial environment which includes exposure to significant environmental conditions. As a technician, you will have to be open to working overtime.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:
Previous experience Cat, Cummins, and Detroit training/knowledge Electrical knowledge Basic computer skills Motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team Willing to learn and expand skill set Effective written and verbal communication skills Sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing Good motor coordination skills Verbal intelligence and numerical skills Must be able to lift 50 pounds Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company. Familiar with all DOT regulations and truck operations Must meet DOT regulatory & Cleveland Brothers requirements for operating company or related vehicles Must sign all documentation to meet DOT regulations and company requirements
