About the Role
This is a marketing strategy role, with management responsibility. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
ResponsibilitiesCreate marketing strategies using data, analysis and storytellingExecute and deliver marketing plans, across various channels, to time and budgetManage senior stakeholders internally, and senior customers externallyWork across multiple workstreams, projects, campaigns and initiatives, all at one timeCoach, lead and manage a team of marketing executivesMake commercial decisions to hit stretch growth targets for the business, and know when to pivotOptimise processes, create efficiencies and automate where possibleMake your mark by implementing innovative new ideas, forging new relationships in the industry and bringing never before heard market insight to the businessRequirementsExperience in demand generation, growth marketing or marketing strategyBe commercially minded with an ability to understand and speak to progress against revenue targetsBe comfortable managing senior relationships, as well as managing and coaching your own teamBe able to understand when and how to pivot, and optimize to improve marketing ROIHave the ability to generate data-driven insightsWork in a way that works for you
