About the Team
As an HCM Enablement Lead, you'll play a key role on the Global Solution Consulting Strategy & Enablement team. You'll be part of an organization that directly impacts our sales and business success. This team is passionate about growing skills, improving career opportunities, and training Workday's outstanding technology.

The vision of the team is to train Solution Consultants to deliver best-in-class strategic demos and enable all levels within the organization.

About the Role

In this role, you will be expected to:

AnalyzeReview the onboarding progress of individuals and cohorts to identify skills gapsIdentify areas of opportunity for solution consultants at all tenuresEvaluate the efficiency of course curricula, certifications, training, etc.Develop/SupportCourses and materials for new and tenured SCs that teach on product and selling skillsEnablement for new products/offerings and identified gapsContent for Solution Consulting EventsCoach/TeachDemo skills including discovery, objection handling, storytelling, etc.Workday HCM product skillsSales skillsMentor new SCs through their certification processAbout You

Basic Qualifications2+ years of software solution consulting, sales, services or customer success experience1+ with HCM (ERP software)Other QualificationsOutstanding ability to build and manage relationships and expectations with partners, supporting organizations, and peersExperience with modern enablement strategies, methodologies, and technologiesExcellent presentation, communication and organizational skills that help lead and deliver projects, programs, and initiativesWilling to travel up to 50% of the timeWorkday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $109,400 USD - $164,200 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $90,300 USD - $164,200 USD

About Workday

Workday is a cloud-based software vendor that specializes in human capital management and financial management applications.
