Generate and Post daily settlements from Caterpillar. Review the Finished Status report for the Last Day of Labor or any service calls pending 5 days from finished status.Monitor and document all return/paid short claims from Caterpillar and notify the appropriate service area.Monitor and process Over-the-Counter Parts Warranty Requests for all branches.Enrollment of Power Systems Extended Service Coverages, including invoicing the customer.Enrollment of Certified Rebuilds, Overhaul Protections, and the invoicing of Extended Protection Plans for the Machinery Division.Weekly distribution of a 15-day list for all Divisions for Warranty Service Calls.Monthly distribution of listing of EPP processed for the month for the Product Support Group, canceled claims to accounting from Caterpillar.Provide feedback to Corporate Warranty Manager on any operational issues or concerns, including any discrepancies and problems associated with claim recovery, maintenance, processing, and procedures.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred. Minimum 5 years experience in the heavy equipment or automotive industries and equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Detail orientated, ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
-Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
