Enter and maintain subscription/connectivity contracts in D365 Quoting and invoicing clients for subscriptions. Support customer billing inquiries and fleet analysis to ensure accurate monthly billing. Monthly contract creation and management in D365 for operating system. Update and maintain various Connectivity subscription programs and pricing. Notify customers of internal subscriptions expiring and adjust subscriptions based on customer requests. Subscribe/unsubscribe Product Link devices. Manage equipment requests in system for any changes and adjust billing accordingly. Obtain and process authorization forms to keep records and subscriptions accurate. Bensalem, PA location preferred, role has ability to be hybrid. Must be a commutable distance to Bensalem.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Required knowledge of general accounting practices and account reconciliation. Strong analytical, project management, time management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in all Microsoft platforms. Effective communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
