Description
The Multi-Domain Solutions Division at Leidos is seeking a collaborative and forward thinking Site Lead to support a client's requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located at Cape Canaveral, FL. The Site Lead will serve as the primary interface between Leidos, and the on-site customer for required project status information, tasking, risk management, coordination, staffing, scheduling and problem resolution. This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with a CI polygraph and Cape site launch experience. Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of managing program execution at the site to include but not limited to training, scheduling, work completion and quality.Lead a team that provides mission critical support to the Ratchet Launch program. Managing all staffing as well as the technical execution of program activities at the assigned customer site and associated tail sites.This position acts as the primary program representative at the site; collaborates with site government and military POCs.Ensures the availability of launch communications systems and equipment by managing all aspects of comprehensive and proactive support. Ensures the team performs all launch communications activities flawlessly and with customer focusCoordinates with other maintenance, operations and engineering contract leaders as required and ensures compliance with all customer and regulatory requirements.Work closely with the Ratchet Launch Program Management Office (PMO).
Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below
United States' citizen with current TS/SCI CI polygraph.Requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years or prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.Generally has 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.Proven leadership experience with constructive, collaborative approachExceptional staff and customer relationship management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively and constructively with other leadersProven experience with the following program management disciplines:Project managementFinancial management of complex government contractsContracts and/or subcontracts managementEnterprise management
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration

Pay Range: Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
