Job Description:

TRISTAR is seeking 3 Electrical Engineer IV (RF) for our government customer in Crane, IN Seeking Electrical Engineer IV (RF) with skills and ability to define radar subsystem test requirements, Design/Develop RF test systems, and lead/mentor inspiring engineering talentPosition Responsibilities:Review performance specification/performance requirements to identify test parameters necessary to establish digital and RF Radar subsystems test capabilityWrite performance requirementsAssist in estimating the time and cost of engineering projectsDesign multi-functional test stations capable of energizing and testing, electrical factors, digital controls, and RF parametersUsing software interface, automate test station to collect design specification dataDocument testing process to ensure sustainability and complianceAnalyze test data related to RF specification parametersUpdate performance requirements as necessary to meet ever changing needsReview current hardware for improvements an offer enhancement concepts to hardware as neededDevelop a test set verification planLead the development of calibration supportRequirements 5+ years of professional experienceKnowledge shall include experience with Vector Network Analyzers, RF amplifier testing, RF test fixtures, and switch matrix development. Tasking success will require candidate to have knowledge in DoD radar or Electronic Warfare systemsMust be a US CitizenAn Active Secret Clearance is required or be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance of secret or higher, interim may be required before startingEducation and Certification:Master's level degree in Electrical/Electronics EngineeringAbout TRISTAR
